安装包时弹出如上所示错误，把install后面的chip内容删除后执行命令，弹出的错误结果也是一样的。

最后想将图片传到网址上:因此要将图片转换成为AclLiteImage型原来的那个卡通的例程是直接将处理完成的图片输入到一个文件夹中(图片是用cv2处理的),现在我想摄像头拍照,实时转换,然后传到网上,但是这一步卡着了,研究了相关函数,但还是不太清除(2)还想请教一下:crop_and_paste()与crop_and_paste_get_roi()这两个函数的区别
