HCDE Mission

  • Technical Evangelist


    Attend HUAWEI CLOUD-related activities as guests or lecturers and share professional technical experience and practical experience of HUAWEI CLOUD.

  • Technical Practice


    Continuously understand and learn the relevant open capabilities of HUAWEI CLOUD, and complete the practices by yourself or help other developers.

  • Co-Construction of Ecosystem


    Organize and plan offline technical salons and seminars to help global developers grow and build a global developer ecosystem.

  • HCDE Application Conditions

    Fulfill at least 2 of the criteria below:

    1. Have been engaged in related work or academic research in the technical field for more than 8 years, and be familiar with one or more Huawei Cloud open capabilities (required)

    2. Have outstanding contributors in the Huawei Cloud developer community

    3. Those who have experience in enterprise technology project management and actively participate in developer-related activities

    4. Project managers of companies participating in the Huawei Cloud Partner Program

    5. Technical experts who are influential in their field and willing to help developers grow

  • How to select HCDEs?

    After submitting the registration materials according to the above process, the Huawei Cloud judges will review the information you provide and your contribution to Huawei Cloud products, technical communities, and offline summits, and ultimately determine whether you can become a formal member of HCDE. The review time is 7 working days.

  • When will the results be announced?

    At the end of each month, the latest HCDE list will be released through the HUAWEI CLOUD Developer Alliance WeChat public account or expert community.

  • How long is HCDE valid for?

    HCDE is valid for one year. During this period, members will enjoy the HCDE honorary title and corresponding rights and interests; after expiration, the HCDE qualifications will be re-evaluated based on their contributions and achievements during the period.

  • Who can apply for HCDE?

    HCDE includes but is not limited to the following roles: CEO, CTO, technical director, operation and maintenance director, architect, technical expert, Sr Engineer, person in charge of a certain business area, etc.
