Reservation Notes

  1. Before reservation

(1) Time

  • The deadline to reserve the exam is at least one working day prior to the exam date you selected.
  • Start your reservation as soon as possible. Reservation will be unavailable when the reservations reach the maximum capacity.

(2) Account

  •  Register a Huawei Cloud account and log in to the system. IAM user accounts cannot be used to reserve the exam.
  • Use the Huawei Cloud account for reservation to take the exam.
  1. During reservation

(1) Full Name: Use the real name on your valid identity document. The name will appear on your certificate.

(2) Email: Enter the email address of the registered account and verify its availability to ensure that you can receive notifications through the email.

  1. After reservation

(1) Registration submission

After the reservation request is submitted, we will review your personal information. If the information is correct, you will receive an email indicating that you have submitted the reservation request successfully. If the request is rejected, you will receive an email indicating that the HCCDA exam reservation is rejected.

(2) Notifications

One day before the exam date, we will send an email to inform you of the exam entrance and meeting link. (The email address is the one you provided during registration. Please ensure that the email address is correct.) Install the WeMeeting client as prompted before taking the exam. Click Join (External).

(3) Reservation change

You can cancel or change the reservation at least one working day prior to the exam date.

  • To cancel a reservation, send an email to huaweicloudedu@huawei.com.
  • To change your reservation, send an email to cancel the reservation and then make a new reservation.

    1. Register an event and share the link as a referrer to invite others to join the event.

If a user continues to use the service after the rule takes effect, it is deemed that the user agrees to the updated rule. Users shall proactively view the latest content of the rule.

    6. You represent, warrant, and undertake that you have registered a Huawei Cloud Account on Huawei Cloud's website, and accepted the terms and conditions of the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement as well as the policies, documents, and terms referenced therein (which is accessible at the URL). You further represent, warrant, and undertake that you have accepted the Huawei Cloud Developer Service User Agreement and Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the above agreements and rules, please terminate the use of this service.
